Learning 2: - Penal Code 1860 is General Law because - 
  1. It Applicable throughout Bangladesh 
  2. Applicable Everybody Lives in Bangladesh.
Learning 3: - Penal Code has Two Jurisdiction
  1. Territorial  Jurisdiction (Inside the Country) Section -1,2
  2. Extra-Territorial  Jurisdiction  (Outside the Country) Section -3,4

Defense - Two kinds of Defense

There are two kinds of Private Defense 
1. Body: Two kinds of Body Defense - 1. Self  2. Others
2. Property : Two kinds of Property Defense - 1. Self  2. Others

Learning 1: - Section - 5 ( Do you think penal code is self sufficient law for combating crime in Bangladesh? There Answer is no under Section - 5)

Learning 2: - Section - 6 (Explanation and illustration both are the part of the penal code) 

Learning 3: -  Section - 53 There are five kinds of Punishment under Penal code:

1. Death by Hanging
2. Life Imprisonment - General 30 Years
3. Imprisonment - Simple or Rigorous
4. For Feature of property
5. Fine
Note: Life Imprisonment given under penal code but Imprisonment until death given under Special criminal law. Life Imprisonment and Imprisonment until death are different matter.
